Championship \u2014 one of the most significant international pankration, MMA and free-fight platforms in European combat sports history (30 editions, 1988\u20132017, Portugal) \u2014 and documents the elite international careers of a revised longitudinal cohort of 50 selected WUFC athletes across UFC, PFL, Bellator, professional boxing, kickboxing and other major combat sports environments.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 15px 0;\">\nUsing a convergent triangulation mixed-methods design combining two semi-structured qualitative interviews \u2014 Andranik Ashugyan (4\u00d7 WUFC world champion, M-1 Global competitor) and Vladimir Stepkin (President, All-Russian Pankration Federation; 1st Vice-President, World Pankration Association Federation) \u2014 systematic archival athlete career tracking and peer-reviewed literature review, the study identifies the motivational, cultural, disciplinary, technical-tactical, physical and emotional-psychological factors underlying this dominance.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0;\">\nResults are interpreted through the Fernando Loio Combat Performance Framework (FLCPF), an ecological-integrative model derived from observational analysis of 170 elite fights.
